At ELEGOO, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printers and electronics; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tools that were included in the initial shipment.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to the designated service center address provided by our support representative.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
